Below you will find information about most common problems associated with the installation and running of the Math-A-Thon CD-ROM.
System Requirements: Math-A-Thon 2
Operating System: Windows 95/98/2000/ME/XP/Vista
CPU: 266 MHz Pentium Processor or equivalent (300 MHz Pentium II or faster for Windows XP)
RAM: 32 MB (128 MB for Windows XP)
CD-ROM: 8X speed
Video: 640X480 resolution, 16-bit high-color display, Direct 3D compatible video card
Audio: DirectX compatible sound card and speakers
Other: Mouse, Direct X version 8.0
Recommended: Internet access and Printer

We are aware that some users are running into difficulty printing the certificates. To view and print the certificate, you must have Acrobat Reader on your computer.

Install latest driver for your video card or sound card. You'll need to right-click My Computer and check the Device Manager to see your video driver. You'll want to visit the manufacturers Web site and see if there is a more recent version available. Download the latest DirectX Divers (Microsoft.com) Verify that Math-A-Thon is the only application running on your computer. Computers that do not meet the specifications of the Recommended System Requirements may exhibit memory-related performance problems; follow the instructions available through the Help files of the Windows Start menu for increasing the size of the Virtual Memory allocation for these computers. |
Unable to print the certificate of completion |

Currenty this CD-ROM only functions on PC based computers. This issue will be resolved in future projects. |
Can't get the Puzzle Pets to move around in the world once the game has loaded. |
In order to make the pets move please use the arrow keys on your key board. This should allow you to move the pets around the game. |
